The issues in addition to the set up issues mentioned in other reviews: Client will keep port open if Surface is shut down or put to sleep without fully disconnecting the VPN. This requires a restart to be able to connect to VPN again. The client login also does not work with the surface keyboard. When typing your username and then hitting tab to go to the password field the client enters an invisible character at the end of the username preventing valid credentials from being submitted.
